We want you to love your Nordenheim Art Caps and Art Plates — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered.

Return window

You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to request a return. Items must be:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In resellable condition

Important: If you're returning an Art Plate, it must be completely flat — not bent or curved — to be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

1. Email us at support@nordenheim.com with your order number.
2. Let us know which item(s) you’d like to return.
3. We’ll send return instructions your way.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

• We deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
• You cover the return shipping to us.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive the return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.

Exchanges

Want a different size, style, or artwork? The easiest way is to return your item and place a new order for what you want.

A few things to keep in mind

• Items returned after 30 days or not in original condition may be denied.
• Bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
